The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, close to several bus lines and the Ishim river. The rooms are decently sized with comfortable beds and clean bedsheets. Some rooms have a nice view of the city. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and slippers. The staff was polite and helpful, and there is a souvenir shop and currency exchange in the hotel.
The hotel could improve on the breakfast options, as there were limited choices and the portion sizes were small.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us despite the language barrier. The location in the center of the city made it convenient for us to explore. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a souvenir shop and a currency exchange. The transportation options were also convenient, with direct buses to the airport and railway station. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was delicious and the variety of options satisfied our taste buds.

This hotel in the center offers excellent value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect, being close to the old vokzal and main roads. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms with windows facing the noisy avenue provide a lively atmosphere.
Minor improvements needed, but overall, it was ok.
